摘要
分析了大型航天器对控制力矩陀螺电机的性能要求,提出了一种由DSP完成换相、电流环、速度环和锁相环控制的无刷直流电机全数字控制系统,分析了双闭环控制模式和锁相环控制模式下的控制方法。该系统实现了电机的高速高精度稳速控制,与模拟系统相比大大降低了系统功耗,给出了实验结果和波形。
This paper analyses the need of large spacecraft for Control Moment Gyro (CMG)motor. A digital control system of BLDCM is presented based on DSP. The control strategies for double closed-loop control and phase- locked loop control are analyzed respectively. Using this system the high precision speed control for high speed BLDCM is realized. Compared with analog system, the digital control system's loss is reduced greatly. In the end, the result and waveform of experiment are given.
