摘要
本文以全要素生产率增长率作为技术进步的衡量指标,剔除了资本投入、劳动投入和规模损益对乡镇企业产出增长的影响,对技术进步与乡镇企业产出增长之间的联系进行了详细的实证分析,分别考察了技术进步对乡镇企业产出增长的绝对拉动作用和相对贡献份额,并提出了加快技术进步速度,保证乡镇企业持续增长的若干政策建议。
The paper eliminates the effects of capital input, labor input and scale profit and losses, looks as the symbol of technology advancement, analyzes the effects of technology advancement on rural enterprise output in China, and comes up with some proposals and tactics as to effect technology advancement, maintain the long-run development of rural enterprises in China.
