摘要
在pH 10的NH_3-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中,Cu(Ⅱ)—头孢唑啉钠络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上产生一灵敏的还原峰,其一次导数峰电位为-0.30V(vs.SCE),峰电流与铜浓度在0.005~0.3 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.0025 mg/L。将该波用于人发及硫酸镍中铜含量的测定,并就极谱波的性质进行了探讨。
In the NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution pH10,a sensitive reduction peak of copper-sodium cefazolinic complex was obtained by using single-sweep polarography.The peak potention of the polarographic wave is - 0.30V( vs . SCE) .The peak current is proportional to the concentration of Copper( II ) in the range of 0.005 -0.3 mg/L, and the detection limit is 0.0025 mg/L. The method has been used successfully in the determination of copper in human hair and nickel sulfate.The polarographic current property has been studied to confirm that the polarographic wave has an adsorptive character.
