摘要 TRF6 90 0是一片高集成、低功耗的单工双向FM /FSK射频收发芯片 ,其工作电压可以低至 2 .2V ,且采用特殊低功耗设计 ,非常适合于井下电池供电的移动通信系统。给出了TRF6 90 0应用于矿井移动手机中的接口电路 ,根据高频仿真设计软件SerenadaSV8.5对TRF6 90 0的输入和输出进行阻抗匹配设计 ,论述了TRF6 90 0的频率设定原则。 TRF6900 is a highly integrated simplex two-way FM/FSK radio frequency reception-transmission chip that is of low power consumption. Its working voltage can be as low as 2.2V for its special design for low energy consumption. It is therefore very adapted for use in the underground mobile communication system supported by battery charging system. The paper provides the interface circuits for the use of TRF6900 in underground environment as a mobile phone. On the basis of high frequency simulation design software Serenada SV8.5's design of impedance matching design for its input and output, the paper also discusses the frequency settling principles for the TRF6900.
