摘要
通过现场监测及模拟试验,结合红卫煤矿注水胶结再生顶板可行性研究,分析了再生顶板形成的机理,并探讨了顶板压实、固结时间等参数。
The application of roof regeneration technology in slice mining of thick coal seams can not only save the ex-pense of artificial roof but reduce the coal loss. Throughthe in situ monitoring and modelling test, Baisha miningadministration considers that the cementing material con-tent in the rock mass is the prerequisite of forming stableregenerated roof, the more the better. but on the con-trary, fine coal is a harmful factor of that. The regener- ated roof has the best cementation when the water contentis 7%. and its strength and adhesive force linearly in-crease with the depth. The duration of time for the roofregeneration is determined by the time when the pressureof fallen rock approaches equilibrium; as to the durationof reconsolidated time, it can be determined through testsand is about 13 months for the colliery. The relation be-tween the minimum cemented layer thickness of the regen-erated roof and the row interval of supports is also ob-tained through tests.
