摘要
针对轿车连杆锻件的特点、技术条件与要求,提出一种精密辊锻—液压模锻锤模锻复合工艺,并进行了精密锻造工艺设计及模具设计。以广州本田轿车连杆体精密锻造成型为例,进行了精密辊锻制坯—液压模锻锤模锻复合工艺研究。研究结果表明,采用此工艺生产轿车连杆件,产品质量高,生产稳定可靠,比传统锤上模锻工艺节约原材料15%以上,能耗降低60%,锻件成本降低10%。
According to the features,technical condi ti ons and requirements of passenger car connecting rods,a pre-cise compound forg ing process of rolling forging and hydraulic die forging is presented and the pr ecise forging process and dies are designed.With the precise forging production of the connecting rods of passenger car GUANGZHOU HONDA as the exam ple,study on the precise compound process of making billets with rolling forging and hydra ulic die forg ing and hammer die forging is carried out.It is shown by the resu lts that quality of products is good and production is steady and reliable when the compound process is applied in the production of connecting rods,and compar ed with the typical ham-mer die forging,cost of materials is reduced by over1 5%,energy consumption is reduced by60%and cost of the forged piece is redu ced by10%.
