浅论PBL教学法在护理实习教学中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法在护理实习教学中的应用价值。方法:将2013年1月~2015年1月期间在我院实习的87名实习护士作为研究对象。我院按照随机数表法将这些实习护士分为对照组和观察组,在观察组中有44名实习护士,在对照组中有43名实习护士。我院对对照组实习护士使用常规教学法进行护理实习教学,对观察组实习护士使用PBL教学法进行护理实习教学,然后比较这两组实习护士的实习成果。结果:这两组实习护士在接受护理实习教学后,观察组实习护士专业技能及知识的得分、学习的积极性、解决问题的能力、沟通的能力、协作的能力以及自主学习能力均明显高于对照组实习护士,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:PBL教学法可有效地提高实习护士的专业知识与技能,同时还能提高其学习的积极性与主动性。此法值得在临床上推广应用。
