摘要
目的:探讨分析在手术室护理工作中实施护理专科分组管理的方法及效果。方法 :在我院手术室开展护理专科分组管理,对分组前后护理人员在手术物品准备、手术期护理、特殊器械使用、术中配合等方面的配合度及理论与操作考核的合格率进行回顾性的对比分析。结果 :实施分组管理后,护理人员在手术物品准备、手术期护理、特殊器械使用、术中配合等方面的配合度及理论与操作考核的合格率均明显优于实施分组管理前,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 :在手术室护理工作中实施护理专科分组管理的临床效果显著,该方法不仅能有效提高护理人员在手术物品准备、手术期护理、特殊器械使用、术中配合等方面的配合度,还能提高其理论与操作考核的合格率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the method and its effects of operating room nursing specialty grouping. Methods: To nurse specialist group management of operation room in our hospital, which the preparation, operation period nursing operation items, special equipment, such as the use of intraoperative cooperation satisfaction and the theory and practice of nursing staff appraisal qualification rates in the before and after the group were compared and contrasted. Outcome: The results of the study show that after grouping, the preparation, operation period nursing operation items, special equipment, such as the use of intraoperative cooperation cooperation satisfaction and the group before and after the theory and practice of examination of nursing personnel qualified rate were increased, which the differences had the statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: the method and its effects of operating room nursing specialty grouping are good enough, which can evidently improve the curing effects, in addition, it can effectively improve the operation items ready, operation period nursing, special equipment, such as the use of intraoperative cooperation with health care and nursing staff satisfaction before and after the grouping,also the theory and operation examination qualified rate are improving.
