摘要
探讨品管圈在提高手术前物品准备正确率的应用。方法:由我院手术室手术经验较丰富的12名护理人员组成品管圈.对手术前物品准备不全,物品准备过多的原因进行分析,并制定相应的措施进行改进。结果:手术物品准备缺陷率由73.8%下降至38.82%(P〈0.05)。结论:品管圈在手术室手术前物品准备正确率的应用,保证了手术顺利进行,缩短了手术时间,减少了巡回护士工作量,提高了手术医生对手术室护士的满意度。
Objective:To explore the articles in the pre -operative preparation to improve the application of the correct rate of QCC.
