摘要
自2012年教育部把秘书学本科专业设置为特设专业以来,职业院校的秘书学学科发展和专业建设也逐步驶入了快车道。培养学生解决实际问题的能力、组织协调能力和创新能力是秘书学专业人才培养的重要目标,对学生进行专业实训是实现该目标的最有效的路径。按照整体设计理念,抓牢专业实训室规划建设、师资培训服务、特色课程资源开发和培育创新创业教育孵化项目四个方面建设,促进秘书学专业内涵发展,为人才培养建设夯实基础。
Since 2012, the Ministry of Education has set the undergraduate specialty of secretarial science as a special specialty, and practice has become the only characteristic of secretarial specialty in vocational colleges. We should combine professional teaching with practical teaching, and take practical teaching and practical training as core talents training work. At present, the mode of professional practical teaching is single, and it is urgent to innovate the practical teaching mode. It is necessary to make students get real training in the practical teaching system of maximizing utility, and put forward a set of practical training system practice paths for secretarial majors.
