摘要
目的探讨协同护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者护理满意度及生活质量水平的影响研究。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月本院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。针对两组溃疡性结肠炎患者均在院期间接受常规入院诊治,同时给予对照组患者常规护理,而观察组患者给予协同护理。比较两组患者护理满意度及生活质量水平差异。结果观察组和对照组患者护理满意度分别为96.0%和80.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量水平指标(包括生理机能,生理职能,躯体疼痛,精力,情感职能,一般健康状况,社会功能和精神健康方面)评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者协同护理干预方式,能明显提高患者护理满意度,显著改善溃疡性患者的生活质量水平。
Objective To explore the influence of cooperative nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and life quality of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group. The two groups of patients with ulcerative colitis received routine diagnosis and treatment when they admitted to hospital,and at the same time,patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given collaborative care. After a period of nursing intervention,the differences of nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group and the control group was 96.0% and 80.0% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The score of life quality index( including physiological function,physiological function,body pain,energy,emotional function,general health,social function and mental health) in observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusions Collaborative nursing intervention for patients with ulcerative colitis could significantly improve the nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of ulcerative patients.
