摘要
目的 :研究木姜子根多糖 (MDT)的在体抑瘤活性及体外对瘤细胞的直接作用。方法 :用U14 细胞观察体内抗肿瘤作用 ;用台盼蓝排染法及MTT法观察MDT及其含药血清对HL60、ECV 3 0 4、PC 3和Lncap细胞生长的直接影响。 结果 :MDT能抑制肿瘤生长 ,并显著增强CTX的抗癌作用 ;MDT对HL60细胞有直接的阻抑作用 ,但含药血清的效果不显著。结论 :MDT有一定的抗肿瘤效果。
Objective: To study the activity of anti tumor of from Litsea pungens Hemsl Root (木姜子根多糖,MDT) in vivo and its direct effect on tumorous cells in vitro. Methods: The suspension of U 14 cells were inoculated to subaxillary of mice to observe the antineoplastic effect of MDT; The exclusion of trypan blue and MTT methods were used in this test to observe the direct influence of MDT and MDT bearing serum on growth of HL60?ECV 304?PC 3 and Lncap cells. Results: The MDT could inhibit the growth of tumor and clearly enhance the effect of anti cancer of CTX; it has some direct repression on HL60 cells, but the same effect of MDT bearing serum were not found. Conclusion: The MDT has an effect of anti tumor.
