摘要 介绍了一种新型的堵漏模拟试验装置。该堵漏模拟试验装置通过高压气体,使试验堵漏液在加压下通过模拟漏层的试验模块,在尽可能模拟现场井下工作条件的情况下产生漏失,然后依据试验记录和观察到的模拟漏层的封堵状态,来评价研究堵漏剂的组分配比、堵漏钻井液的封堵效能以及确定合理的施工工艺条件。它采用整体结构设计,试验参数监控数显仪表及有关控制旋钮和调节键都分布在面板上,布局合理,操作方便。该装置不仅具有API堵漏试验装置的全部功能,还具有多种特殊功能:加热功能,可加热到150℃;加压功能,最高压力达7 MPa,而且可以根据需要选择恒定压差,也可以按一定速率增加或降低压力;具备多种模拟漏层试验模块;横向断层分析试验结构及试验方法;纵向剖切分析试验结构及试验方法;渗透性模拟漏层防扰动试验结构及试验方法。经过测试及试验应用,该堵漏模拟试验装置控制准确,工作稳定可靠,操作方便。 A novel lost circulation simulator is presented, it uses high pressure to press a tested plugging fluid passing through the simulation lost circulation zone and make lost circulation occur just the same way as it occurs in true drilling, then, evaluate plugging agent composition shut-off capability of plugging drilling fluid and make out reasonable operation plan according to test data and lost circulation situation. It is easy to operateas it is designed with all displayers and adjusting buttons located on the front panel. The simulator has many functions: heating up to 150℃ and pressuring up to 7 MPa, permitting to select constant pressure according to certain requirements or increasing/decreasing pressure according to certain velocity. It also has several simulation modules for different lost circulation zones with test structure and method for lateral fault, longitudinal fault and disturbance proof test structure and method for permeably layer. Testing and application exhibit that the simulator is stable in working, and accurate in controlling and easy for operation.
