摘要
根据陕北油田黄土层钻井井漏发生的原因,在分析现有防漏堵漏方案缺点的基础上,提出一种新的表层防漏堵漏钻井液技术,其主剂为高分子量聚合物GD-1。结合GD-1防漏堵漏的机理,室内对其不同浓度的封堵效果以及其与常用堵漏剂的复配封堵效果进行了评价结果表明,GD-1的溶解性强,与其它常用堵漏剂的配伍性好,浓度大于0.3%的GD-1溶液对欠压实的黄土粉封堵效果极佳GD-1的现场应用取得了良好的效果,防漏成功率达92.7%,其配制工艺简便,值得推广。
A new technology for lost circulation control and a lost circulation control fluid formulation for use in shallow formation mud losses control are presented based on the analyses of the mud losses occurred in yellow clay-stone formation in Shanbei and the lost circulation control fluid formulation previously used.This new lost circulation control fluid involves the use of a lost circulation material(LCM),GD-1.The concentration of GD-1 and its compatibility with other commonly used LCM are studied.The use of GD-1 in the lost circulation control in the shallow,yellow clay-stone formation is successful.
