介绍了Excel中填充柄的特点,并对其在板式精馏塔各块塔板上的汽-液平衡组成与理论板数、串联全混流反应器的反应体积和多级萃取的理论级数应用中给出了详细的操作步骤和计算实例。利用填充柄可方便地自动计算一些需图解法或逐板计算法求解的化工问题,且该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可大大提高计算效率。
This article describes the characteristics of filling handle of Excel. The vapour-liquid equilibrium composition on the various plates and the theoretical plate number of the plate tower, reaction volume of multistage continuous stir reactor and the theoretical stage number of multistage extraction can be calculated by this method. The details of the procedure of operation are given. Some chemical engineering questions that need to be calculated by step-by-step method or graphical method can be easily solved by use of filling handle. The method is accurate, fast and simple, which can greatly improve the efficiency of the calculation.
