摘要
乙醇胺反应包括生成一乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)和三乙醇胺(TEA)三种反应,其动力学方程参数回归涉及多个变量。本文采用Matlab编程,用线性拟合求解MEA生成反应活化能和指前因子,用非线性最小二乘拟合求解DEA和TEA反应的动力学常数,从而得到整个乙醇胺反应的动力学方程,并通过积分动力学方程,得反应物浓度与时间的关系,与试验数据符合较好,说明采用Matlab处理复杂实验数具有优越性。
The reactions of generating ethanolamine were composed of three kinds of responses,mono-ethanolamine(MEA),di-etha-nolamine (DEA) and tri-ethanolamine(TEA).There were many variables involved in the regressing parameters of these reactive kinetic equations.By programming with Matlab,we obtain the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor of generating MEA response with the linear fitting,solved the dynamic constants of generating DEA and TEA responses with the non-linear least squares, and obtained the...
