摘要
目的测定宫宁颗粒中柚皮苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(35.5∶64.5),检测波长:283nm,流速:1mL/min。结果柚皮苷在0.098～0.980μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率98.7%,RSD为1.96%。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用于本制剂及枳壳药材的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of naringin in Gongning Granule, Methods The sample was extracted with methyl and the chromatographic conditions were as follows: Kromasil C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm ,5 μm)with a mobile phase of methyl and 1 %acetic acid (35.5 ∶64.5),the detection wavelength at 283 nm and the flow rate being 1.0mL·min-1. Results A linearity of naringin in Gongning Granule was obtained in the range of 0.0980 μg to 0.980 μg,r=0.9997 (n=6).The average recovery was 98.7 %and RSD=1.96 %(n=6). Conclusion This method is easy,sensitive and accurate for the determination of naringin in Gongning Granule.
