摘要
目的:建立以HPLC法测定清喉利咽颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:PhenomenexC_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),流动相:甲醇-水(40:60),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:283 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:柚皮苷在352～3 520 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.53%,RSD=0.39%(n=6);橙皮苷在204～2 040 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为99.12%,RSD=0.50%(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为清喉利咽颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of Naringin and Hesperidin in qinghou liyan granules. Method： A Phenomenex Cis Column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,4μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water （40： 60）. The column temperature was 30℃ ,The waveleng detection were at 283nm,flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1. Result： The linear range of Naringin was within 352-3520 ng（r =0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 99. 53% ,RSD =0. 39% （n =6）. The linear range of Hesperidin was within 204-2 040 ng （ r = 0. 999 2 ）. The average recovery was 99. 12% , RSD = 0. 50% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and suitable for its assaying. It can be used for quality control in production of qinghou liyan granules.
