牙周治疗与正畸治疗用于前牙扇形散开患者治疗中的临床效果研究被引量：1

摘要目的探讨前牙扇形散开患者治疗中牙周治疗与正畸治疗的临床效果。方法入选此次研究的72例对象都是2017年6月～2018年6月在我院进行治疗的前牙扇形散开患者,用系统抽样法均分为两组,对照组直接行正畸治疗,观察组同时进行牙周治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.44%,远高于对照组的77.78%,组间差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙扇形散开治疗中联合使用牙周治疗和正畸治疗效果显著,能促进炎症吸收和牙列排齐,值得全方位推广。
