摘要
目的探讨葛根芩连汤对慢性牙周炎患者IL-1β水平的影响。方法将70例慢性牙周炎患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗。观察组在对照组基础上,给予葛根芩连汤。对比两组治疗前后探诊深度、附着水平、菌斑指数的水平;检测两组治疗前后血清和龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6的水平。结果观察组总有效率(94.29%)显著高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.437,P<0.05);两组治疗后探诊深度、附着水平、菌斑指数显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的探诊深度、附着水平、菌斑指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清和龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清和龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤能显著降低慢性牙周炎患者的IL-1β水平,减轻炎性反应,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of Gegenqinlian Decoction on the IL-1βlevel in the patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods Seventy patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into the observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given the periodontal basic treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Gegenqinlian Decoction.The probing depth,attachment level and bacterial plaque index level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of IL-1βand IL-6in serum and gingival crevicular fluid were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.437,P〈0.05).After treatment,the probing depth,attachment level and bacterial plaque index in the two groups were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),but which in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The levels of IL-1βand IL-6in serum and gingival crevicular fluid after treatment in the two groups were decreased significantly(P〈0.05),but which in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Gegenqinlian decoction can significantly reduce the IL-1βlevel in the patients with chronic periodontitis,reduces inflammation reaction and improves the therapeutic effect.
