摘要
用气压烧结的方法制备了Al2O3-TiCN复相陶瓷。测量了其物理性能,用扫描电镜观察了其断口形貌,并分析了烧结温度对力学性能的影响,确定了最佳烧结温度。
Al 2O 3- TiCN ceramic composite was fabricated by gas pressure sintering. The relation between sintering temperature and mechanical properties has been studied by means of measurement of mechanical properties and SEM.
