摘要
以 PET、PVC薄膜为基底 ,制备掺杂稀土络合物的聚氨酯光转换膜。讨论了配体与稀土离子之间的能量转移作用。结果表明 ,聚合物涂层对透过率基本没有影响 ,而涂层厚度对荧光强度的影响逐渐趋缓。荧光强度随固化时间增加先增强后减弱 ,在 2 0 min时达到最大值。随着丙烯酸铕浓度的增加 ,荧光强度随掺杂浓度增加而增加 ,达到 4 %时出现了浓度淬灭现象 ,随后有所减小。掺杂后的聚氨酯膜热稳定性有所增强。
Rare-earth doped PU coating PET, PVC films were prepared by using centrifuge. The effect of the energy transfer between RE ions and ligands were also discussed. The results show that the coat does not affect the transmittance, and the effect of coat′s thickness on fluorescence intensity is minished. The fluorescence intensity ascended before 20 minutes and then descended. With the content of Eu 3+ acid increased, the fluorescence intensity was raised, but quench action was observed when the content reached 4%. The thermal stability of the PU film increased after doped. The uniformity of film′s surface was observed by SEM.
