摘要
以乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸铕的共聚物(VAA—Eu)与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的共混物(EVA/VAA—Eu)制备薄膜,通过测定荧光光谱和透过薄膜的紫外光辐照度,研究其对紫外光的遮挡和光转换作用.结果表明VAA—Eu的发光依赖于激发光波长,用254nm紫外光照射或在阳光下.ω(Eu)为0.06%~0.08%时遮挡和光转换作用达到最大值.而用365nm紫外光照射,当ω(Eu)为0.04%时遮挡和光转换可达最好效果.EVA/VAA—Eu薄膜对阳光中紫外光具有遮挡,吸收和光转换的功能.能将其转换成促进绿色植物光合作用的蓝紫、黄和红光,可用作多功能的农用薄膜.
The copolymer (VAA-Eu) of vinyl acetate and europium acrylate is blended with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to prepare a blend (EVA/VAA-Eu) film. The screen and light conversion effect of EVA/VAA-Eu film is studied by fluorescence luminescenece spectrum and the irradiance of ultraviolet light transmitting the film. The results show that VAA-Eu photoluminescence properties are wavelenght-dependent on the excitation ultraviolet light. Irradiated with 254 nm ultraviolet light or in the sun, the screen and fight conversion effect of the film reaches the maximum value as ω (Eu) is 0. 06%-0. 08%. While irradiated with 365 nm ultraviolet light, the effect of the screen and light conversion reaches the best as ω (Eu) is 0.04 %. EVA/VAA-Eu film serves the function of screening, absorbing and light-converting the sunrays, and it converts the sunrays into blue-violet, yellow and red light that can promote green plant photosynthesis. As a result, the EVA/VAA- Eu film could be used as a multifunctional agricultural film.
