摘要
试验研究对位芳纶纤维应用在切边V带中,可以提高带体的横向刚性和模量,提高了胶带的耐负荷性,降低了胶带的滑差率和生热,延长了胶带的使用寿命。试验结果表明:随着对位芳纶纤维在氯丁橡胶中用量的增加,可以大幅度提高氯丁橡胶的撕裂强度、拉伸强度、定伸长负荷力、模量和硬度等物理性能。
In this paper,we study the application of Kevlar in the cut-edged v-belts,can improve the transverse rigidity and modulus of the belt,increases the load resistance of adhesive tape,reduces slip and heat of the tape,and prolong the service life of the tape.The results show that with the increase of Kevlar used in CR,can greatly improve the tear strength,tensile strength,load capacity of constant elongation,modulus,hardness and other physical properties.
