丙烯酸及酯装置LLPS余热利用的探讨

摘要 通过对丙烯酸及酯装置LLPS平衡分析,得出LLPS富余量约为10 t·h^(-1)。该部分蒸汽量较大,直接排放不仅浪费能源,而且存在一定隐患。基于此,本工作给出了富余LLPS利用的方案:吸收式制冷方案。通过运用AspenPlus模拟软件对方案进行设计和计算,并从经济效益、实施的难易程度、可行性等方面综合比较,认为该方案节能效果显著:可节省蒸汽量10 t·h^(-1)、折合费用为192.84万元,设备投资约150万元。 Through the analysis of LLPS steam balance of the whole plant,we know the surplus amount of LLPS is about 10 tons per hour,which is so valuable that it should not be discharged directly.Moreover,direct discharge is not only a waste of energy but also a variety of hidden dangers.Based on this,this paper has designed five ways of utilizing the LLPS:Taking it as a heat source of direct heating,introducing steam jet pump and saving part of the MPS,absorption refrigeration,power generation and joint program.This paper uses Aspen Plus simulation software to design and calculate,confirming that the joint program is the best choice through the comprehensive comparison of economic benefits,implementation,feasibility,etc.And the result shows that the joint program will save 10 tons steam per hour,the value of which is about 1.9284 million RMB per year.The investment of this program is only about 1.5 million RMB.
