摘要
采用数值模拟正交试验方法 ,对影响整秆式甘蔗联合收割机剥叶元件寿命的结构参数及装夹方式进行分析研究。利用 ANSYS软件对几个主要因素进行虚拟正交试验分析 ,寻找在保证足够大打击力前提下剥叶元件所受应力最小时影响因素的最佳组合 ,为剥叶机构的设计提供可靠的依据。
Cleaning element is a key part of a stalk cane harvester, and it is a difficult problem to design cane harvester. The virtual orthogonal experiment method was used to research the factors those influence the quality of cleaning leaf and element life, such as the structural and kinetic parameters of the cleaning element and its installation way. The virtual orthogonal experiment was carried out by ANSYS and the optimum combination of the main factors was found under the conditions of a big enough hitting force and the minimum stress. The design parameters of cleaning part were decided quickly, effectively and reliably based on these analyses.
