摘要
建立了盐酸伊曲康唑胶囊溶出度的紫外分光光度测定法。盐酸伊曲康唑胶囊在 4 5 m in内累积溶出率大于80 % ,回收率为 99.7% ,RSD为 0 .8%。
The dissolution test for itraconazole hydrochloride capsules by UV spectrometry was presented. More than 80% of the labeled amount of itraconazole hydrochloride was dissolved within 45 min. The average recovery was 99.7% with RSD of 0.8%.
