摘要 研制了超微细氢氧化镁为和十溴联苯醚、硅烷偶联剂复配阻燃剂体系与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的填充共混复合材料,实验研究了复配阻燃剂的用量对复合共混材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,复配阻燃剂含量增加对材料的拉伸强度有较明显的影响,填料在20份以内对材料的缺口冲击强度影响较小。复配阻燃剂显著提高了材料的阻燃性能,在含量为25PHR时,氧指数达到27,垂直燃烧FV 1级,微量发烟。 HDPE blended material filled with compounded fireretardant of superfine Mg(OH)2, decabromodiphenyl oxide and silane coupler was developed. Experimental study was made of the effects of of content of compounded fire retardant on mechanical property and fire retardance of the blended material. Testing results showed that increase of compounded fire retardant content exerted significant influence upon tensile strength of the material and filled with 20 PHR had less influence upon notch impact strength. The compounded fire retardant remarkably enhance fire retardance of the material, at filler content of 25PHR, oxygen index reached 27, vertical burning test was conducted at FV1 and smoke was faint.
