摘要
主要研究探讨了危害分析及其关键质量控制点管理系统(HACCP)在学生饮用奶生产过程中质量控制方面的应用。实践证明,该管理系统为保证学生饮用奶的安全与品质提供了科学的管理方法,具有很高的实用价值。
This paper much make a research on hazard analyse and Critized con trol point (HACCP)which is applicated in school milk production.It is much mo re valve that the HACCP assure health and quality of school milk.
