摘要
信用的缺失才是造成中小企业融资难的根本原因,因此,根本办法还在于建立和完善适应现代市场经济要求的信用制度。
The shortage of credit is the main reason to cause the difficulty in financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, so we must establish and consummate credit system to meet the requirement of modern market economy.
