摘要
从福州两处温泉水中分离到 8株嗜热菌 ,最适温度为 5 5 - 6 0℃ ,其中FS2 3菌株能在 6 5℃下显著生长、70℃下微弱生长 .8株嗜热菌中 7株菌的主要特征为革兰氏染色阳性 ,具芽孢 ,细胞呈杆状 ,可利用葡萄糖、乳糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、淀粉、酪蛋白生长 ,吲哚、甲基红、伏普试验阴性 ,初步鉴定为嗜热芽孢杆菌 .
Eight strains of thermophilic bacteria were isolated from the hot springs of Fuzhou city, the optimum temperature for growth was between 55?℃ and 60?℃, in addition, FS23 can grow strongly at 65?℃, and grow faintly at 70?℃. Major characteristics of seven thermophlic strains among the eight strains were bacillus, gram-positive, sporulation, indole-negative, methyl red-negative, voges-prokauer-negative, and had capabilities of utilizing glucose, lactose, sucrose, maltose, amylum and casein. It was identified that the seven strains were belonged to Bacillus stearothermphilus.
