摘要
目的:对大理白族自治州温泉中的捕食线虫真菌资源进行调查。方法:从大理市、祥云县、弥渡县、剑川县、漾濞县采集温泉底泥共105份,对捕食线虫真菌进行分离、纯化与鉴定。结果:共分离到2属14种捕食线虫真菌,发现一个新种(Arthrobotrys xiangyunensis sp.nov);Arthrobotrys musiformis是温泉捕食线虫真菌中的优势种,检出率为26.92%。在所分离到的捕食线虫真菌中,产黏性菌网的菌种占优势(86.54%)。结论:大理温泉中存在丰富的捕食线虫真菌资源,产黏性菌网的捕食线虫真菌为温泉中捕食线虫真菌的优势种群。
Objective:study on the resource of hot-spring nematode-trapping fungi from Dali.Methods:105 hot-spring sediment specimens were collected from Dali city,Xiangyun County,Midu County,Jianchuan County and Yangbi County,then the nematode-trapping fungi were isolated for purification and identification.Results:2 genera and 14 species of nematode-trapping fungi were identified,there was one novel species(Arthrobotrys xiangyunensis sp.nov)and the Arthrobotrys musiformis was the predominant species,the detection rates reached 26.92%.For the trapping devices,among the isolated species,adhesive net producing species made up to 86.54%and were the most dominant.Conclusion:the hot-springs in Dali beard abundent nematode-trapping fungi resources,the adhesive net was the dominant trapping device among the hot-spring nematode-trapping fungi cummunities.
