摘要
研究了槲皮素在玻碳电极上的阳极伏安行为 .在pH =5 .8的Na2 B4O7(0 .0 5mol L) -NaH2 PO4(0 .1mol L)缓冲溶液中 ,槲皮素于 +0 .2 0V(vs .SCE)左右产生一个灵敏的阳极氧化峰 ,其浓度与峰电流在 8.0× 10 - 8- 1.0× 10 - 4 mol L范围内呈良好线性关系 ,检测限为 2 .6× 10 - 8mol L .用本法不需分离直接测定了模拟血清中的槲皮素 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .1%,回收率为 98.5 %.
The electrochemical oxidation of quercetin(QUE) at a glassy carbon electrode has been investigated. In the Na 2B 4O 7(0.05?mol/L)-NaH 2PO 4(0.1?mol/L) (pH=5.8) buffer solution, one well-defined oxidation peak of quercetin is obtained, and the peak potential is 0.20?V(vs.SCE). The peak current is proportional to the concentration of quercetin over the range of 8.0×10 -8-1.0×10 -4mol/L by differential pulse voltammetry. The detection limit is 2.6×10 -8mol/L. QUE was successfully determined in the spiked human blood plasma samples. The developed method is more sensitive than that of previous reported voltammetric studies. The oxidation reaction mechanism is also discussed.
