摘要
选用廉价的固体Na_2CO_3为催化剂合成阿斯匹林,对最佳反应条件进行了探索。实验结果表明:在60~65℃、反应30min、固体碳酸钠用量1%的条件下,使用未经过预处理的原料,产率可高达91%。同时也证明了固体碳酸钠对其它酚酯也有较高的催化活性。
The suitable synthetic conditions of Asprin in the presence of solid sodium carbonate catalysts were investigated. The resalts showed that, at 60~65℃, reaction time 30 min, and the quantiW of solid Na_2CO_3 being 1% of the reaction mixture, the yield can achieve 91%, with the starting materials untreated. The experiments testified that the solid Na_2CO_3 catalyst is also active for other phenolic ester synthesis.
