摘要
在分析了影响锭子振动主要因素的基础上,对DFG2型锭子进行了测试和分析。通过分析锭子振动频谱随锭子转速以及锭子和机架之间的接触刚度的变化情况,得出了DFG2型锭子的杆盘组合件、锭脚、锭子和机架构成系统的固有频率分别在531 Hz、1 359 Hz和3 445 Hz左右的结论。对3只异常DFG2型锭子的振动信号进行了频谱分析,对照杆盘组合件的测量结果,发现目前采用的5个测量部位的跳动度对锭子振动的影响程度各不相同,其中A、B、E3个部位的影响最大。
On the basis of analyzing the main cautions to the spindle's vibration, measure and analysis are done to Model DFG2 spindle. By analyzing the relationship between frequency spectrum of vibration and rotary speed and connection rigidity, the inherence frequencies of blade and wharve's assemblage, bolster and the vibration system of spindle and machine framework are given out, namely 531, 1 359 and 3 445 Hz approximately. Three abnormal Model DFG2 spindles' vibration frequency spectrum is analyzed sequentially. Comparing run-out measuring result of blade and wharve's assemblage, it is found that the run-outs of A、B and E have more influence on the spindle's vibration than other positions'.
