摘要
化纤丝饼是化纤产品生产制造中应用频率较高的一种原材料,其质量不仅关系到化纤产品生产质量及效率,还关系化纤行业健康发展。以往的化纤丝饼毛羽多数情况下都是通过人工进行检测的,人工检测不仅效率低,还有很高的漏检率,并且还会对化纤丝饼造成二次污染,降低化纤丝饼质量及安全性。文章分析了激光三角测量法则弥补了传统人工检测的不足,如果配合SSD模型检测,其化纤丝饼毛羽检测准确率更高,能够快速获取丝饼毛羽表面信息,具有很高的工业应用价值,应得到重视及关注。
