摘要
在瓦楞纸板的生产过程中,温度控制往往占据至关重要的地位,在工业生产中通常采用PID方法来控制瓦楞纸板的生产温度,但传统选择PID控制参数的方法存在着耗时、控制效果不理想等缺陷。通过对传统PID与智能PID的改进,采用了一种改进遗传算法的PID控制系统,对瓦楞纸板的温度实现了更加准确和快速的控制,通过MATLAB仿真实验,与标准遗传算法相比,表明该方法能够更好更精准地对瓦楞纸板的温度进行控制,具有超调量小,调节时间快,控制效果好等优点。
In the production process of corrugated board,temperature control often occupies an important position.PID method is usually used to control the production temperature of corrugated board in industrial production,but the traditional method of selecting PID control parameters has some defects,such as time-consuming,poor control effect and so on.Through the improvement of traditional PID and intelligent PID,this paper adopts an improved genetic algorithm PID control system to achieve more accurate and fast control of the temperature of corrugated cardboard.Through MATLAB simulation experiments,compared with standard genetic algorithms,this method can better and more accurately control the temperature of corrugated cardboard,and has the advantages of small overshoot,fast adjustment time,and better control effect.
