摘要
教育学院承担着教师教育的任务。综合性大学教育学院应把教师的职前培养 ,新教师的入职辅导 ,在职教师、教育行政管理干部的职后培训作为一个完整的过程来考虑 ,并积极创造条件开办教育硕士课程 ,形成本、硕连读的高师教育格局 。
Schools of education under take the tasks to educate teachers. They should take the tasks as an integral process of fostering pre service teachers, coaching new teachers for the service and training in service teachers as well as administrative and managemental cadres. They should be active in creating conditions to start courses for Master degree candidates so as to form a setup of the continuation from undergraduate to graduate studies, and gradually to establish a teachers’education system that integrates pre service foster with post service training.
