摘要
基础教育课程改革师资培训和中小学骨干教师省、市级培训是当前开展教师继续教育的重点 ,相应的对这两项工作的研究也应该成为中小学教师继续教育研究的重点 ,而研究的重点内容和方向则突出表现在培训师资的整合、培训课程的整合、培训模式和管理模式四个方面。
The teacher training for the basic education curriculum reform and the provincial and municipal training of the primary and middle school mainstay teachers are the focal points of the current teachers' continuing education. Accordingly, research on the above two projects ought to be the focal points of the research on the current teachers' continuing education. The key content and orientation of the research involves the integration of teachers,integration of training curriculum,integration of training mode and integration of management mode.
