摘要
根据风级和震级的计算原理 ,提出了干旱等级和灾度的概念。干旱等级是描述一次干旱强度的定量指标 ,干旱灾度是描述一次干旱造成社会损失大小的定量指标。这两个指标从理论和应用方面来说都具有许多优点 ,概念明确 ,简单易行 ,具有重要的实际意义。表 1,参 3。
According to the calculating principle of wind scale and earthquake magnitude,the concepts of magnitude and disaster degree of drought are put forward.Magnitude of drought is a quantitative target for describing one drought scale,and disaster degree of drought is a quantitative target for describing one social loss caused by drought.They have a great many merits in regard to theory and application.Their concept is explicit and their application is easy,which has practical significance.
