摘要
目的介绍我院在JCI标准下,运用PDCA循环优化提高门急诊药房处方调配管理。方法组建PDCA小组,通过现状调查,剖析现药房药品处方管理模式中存在的问题,采用PDCA循环管理办法逐步进行优化,持续改进。比较JCI认证前后我院门急诊药房的药品管理,处方调配差错发生率的变化。结果 JCI认证过程中,我院门急诊药房的药品管理更严格,药事管理制度更加完善,处方调配差错发生率从2016年1月的0.335%下降到2017年12月的0.039%,低于既定目标值0.00500%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JCI认证有利于标准化的药品管理模式,运用PDCA循环法对降低处方调配错误事件发生率具有显著效果,可保障院内用药安全,提高我院门急诊药房的药学服务水平。
Objective Under the JCI standard,PDCA cycle optimization was introduced to improve the prescription management of emergency pharmacy.Methods The PDCA group was established to analyze the existing problems in the drug prescription management model of pharmacies through the current situation survey,and the PDCA cycle management method was adopted to gradually optimize and continuously improve.Compared the drug management level,prescription rate and other aspects of the pharmacy in our hospital before and after the JCI certification.Results JCI certification process,pharmacy in our pharmaceutical affairs management system more perfect,service process more reasonable,the prescription deployment error rate fell from 0.335%in January 2016 to 0.039%in December 2017,lower than the established target value 0.00500%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion JCI certification is advantageous to the standardization of drug management mode,using the PDCA circulation method to reduce the incidence of prescription deployment error event has significant effect,can ensure the security of hospital drug use,improve the level of outpatient emergency care pharmacy hospital pharmaceutical care.
