摘要
目的通过对医院鼠神经生长因子(m NGF)的临床应用进行干预,探讨临床辅助用药的有效干预模式,以提高临床合理用药水平。方法抽取2015年1-6月使用m NGF出院病历859份作为对照组,进行回顾性分析,制定相应的干预措施并实施干预;另抽取2016年1-6月干预后使用m NGF出院病历859份作为干预组。比较2组用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)及不合理用药情况。结果 m NGF的用药频度(DDDs)由干预前的8 148下降到干预后的5 385;药物利用指数(DUI)由干预前的1. 24下降到干预后的1. 07,药物使用更趋向合理;干预组各类型不合理用药发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 m NGF存在不合理使用现象,干预方案具有可行性和有效性,对医院合理用药起到了积极的促进作用。
Objective To research the intervention method on clinical application of mouse nerve growth factor( m NGF),and explore effective intervention mode of drug adjuvant,in order to improve the level of clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 859 outpatient medical records of m NGF from January to June 2015 were collected as a control group,and retrospective analysis was carried out to formulate corresponding interventions and implement interventions. Another 859 outpatient medical records of m NGF from January to June 2016 were collected as intervention group. The frequency of drug use( DDDs),drug utilization index( DUI) and irrational drug use were compared between the two groups. Results The DDDs of m NGF was decreased from 8148( before intervention) to 5 385( after intervention);The DUI of m NGF was decreased from1. 24( before intervention) to 1. 07( after intervention),and drug use was more reasonable;The incidence of irrational drug use in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The problem of unreasonable clinical application on m NGF was existed,the intervention measures was proved practicably and effectively,and this measures could played an important role on rational use of m NGF in hospitals.
