摘要
目的探讨川芎葡萄糖注射液联合奥扎格雷纳氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑血栓的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月—2014年6月迁安首钢矿山医院收治的急性脑血栓患者100例,根据不同的治疗方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予奥扎格雷纳氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合川芎葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,比较两组患者临床效果、日常生活能力量表(Bathel)评分、神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后15、30、60d观察组患者Bathel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后15、30、60d观察组患者神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论川芎葡萄糖注射液联合奥扎格雷纳氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑血栓的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度,提高生活自理能力,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chuanxiong Glucose Injection combined with Oza Greiner Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis from June 2013 to June 2014 in Shougang Group Hospital were selected,according to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with intravenous infusion of Oza Greiner Sodium Chloride Injection,the observation group based on the control group combined intravenous infusion of Chuanxiong Glucose Injection,clinical effect,daily life ability scale( Bathel) score,the neurological deficit scores and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The treatment of 15,30,60 d Bathel score of observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Before treatment neurological deficit scores between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05); the treatment for 15,30,60 d the neurologic impairment score in observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The adverse reaction rate between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Chuanxiong Glucose Injection combined with Oza Greiner Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis have significant effect,can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients,improve self- care ability,and don’ t increase adverse reactions.
