果糖二磷酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨果糖二磷酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月—2015年7月内江市市中区妇幼保健院收治的140例新生儿窒息合并心肌损害患儿,随机分为对照组70例和观察组70例。两组患儿均予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予果糖二磷酸钠治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿c Tn I及CK-MB水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组c Tn I及CK-MB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论果糖二磷酸钠协同治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害的临床疗效显著,可有效降低c Tn I及CK-MB水平。 Objective To explore the effect of fructose diphosphate in treating myocardial damage after asphyxia neonatorum. Methods A total of 140 patients with myocardial damage after asphyxia neonatorum were selected in the Neijiang Downtown District Maternal and Child Health Care from July 2013 to July 2015,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group. Two group were given routine treatment,observation group were given fructose diphosphate treatment on the basis of routine treatment. Clinical effect,cardiac troponin I( c Tn I) and creatine kinase- MB( CK-MB) level between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05); before treatment,c Tn I and CK-MB level showed no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05),after treatment,c Tn I and CK-MB level of observation group were lower than those of control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Fructose diphosphate has notable curative effect in the treatment of myocardial damage after asphyxia neonatorum,can effectively reduce the c Tn I and CK-MB level.
