摘要
目的探讨维生素C联合果糖二磷酸治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损伤的效果及对患儿肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的影响。方法从2015年1月-2017年1月在该院接受治疗的新生儿窒息后心肌损伤患儿中选取符合条件的100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组50例,予以常规治疗;观察组50例,在常规治疗基础上予以维生素C联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗。所有患儿均予以为期10 d的治疗。观察两组患儿治疗效果、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)及CK-MB的变化情况、心功能恢复情况;比较分析新生儿窒息后心肌损伤采取维生素C联合果糖二磷酸治疗的效果及对患儿CK-MB的影响。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿接受治疗后cTnI、CK-MB水平与治疗前比较均显著降低,且观察组比对照组降低明显(均P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后心功能均明显改善,且观察组患儿心功能改善比对照组更为明显,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿窒息后心肌损伤采取维生素C联合果糖二磷酸治疗取得理想的临床疗效,且患儿cTnI、CK-MB水平显著降低,心功能明显恢复。
Objective To explore the curative effect of vitamin C combined with fructose diphosphate in treatment of myocardial dam- age after neonatal asphyxia and the impact on creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK-MB ) . Methods One hundred children with myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia treated in Shanxi Provincial Corps Hospital of CPAPF from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into eontrol group and observation group. Fifty children in control group were treated by routine treatment, and fifty children in observation group were treated by vitamin C combined with fructose diphosphate based on routine treatment. The course of treatment was 10 days. The curative effects, the changes of cardiac troponin (cTnI) , and recovery of myocardial function in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0. 05 ) . The levels of cTnI and CK-MB after treatment in the two groups were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment, especially in observa- tion group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Myocardial function was improved after treatment in the two groups, especially in observation group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The clinical effect of vitamin C combined with fructose diphosphate in treatment of neonatal myocardial damage after asphyxia is good, the levels of eTnI and CK-MB decrease significantly, and myocardial function is improved obviously.
