摘要
介绍了台车式、交叉臂步进式、摆臂步进式、自行葫芦式、板式输送式、滑撬输送式等汽车车身焊装线的结构形式、特点和应用范围。提出了选用汽车车身焊装线的列表打分的评价方法以及设计和选用焊装线时应注意的问题。
In this paper,structures,characteristics and applications of car body welding assembly lines such as bogie type,cross-armed stepping type,swing arm stepping type,automatic hoist type,plate transfer type,skid transfer type and etc.were introduced.The evaluation methods with score lists and some problems to be taken care of in the selection and design of car body welding assembly line were also put forward.
