摘要
对混合驱动二自由七杆机构的双曲柄机构的运动及直线输出行程的运动规律进行了分析,得出影响直线输出件行程的参数以及它们之间的关系。根据此规律对机构进行了优化设计,得出了符合输出件行程的机构结构参数。分析了连杆结构角β对输出件行程的影响,为此类型机构的进一步研究打下了理论基础。
The kinematic law of the linear output stroke and double crank mechanism movement of the hybrid driven two freedoms seven--bar mechanism is analyzed. The parameters influence on linear output stroke and the relation among the parameters are obtained. According to the law, the optimiza- tion design of mechanism is carried out, the structure parameter according with the output mechanism stroke is received. The influence of structure angle β on relation output mechanism stroke is analyzed. The theoretical basis for further study on this type of mechanism is provided.
