摘要
对杨木硫酸盐化学浆电化学漂白的工艺进行了初步探讨,结果表明,电化学漂白减少了制漂等一系列工序,白度高、降解少、漂白废液可循环使用,特别在减少漂白用水以及降低污染等方面具有明显的优势,是一种有前途的漂白新技术。
The bleaching of poplar kraft pulp by electrochemical method was reported. The results showed that the brightness, polymerization degree, cupriethylenediamine viscosity, and the value of potassium permanganate of bleached pulp by electrochemistry were affected by the time, pH, temperature, current of cell and consistency of sodium chloride has been studied. The results showed that the electrochemical bleaching method is feasible. By the controlling the affecting factor it can be obtained the pulp of SBD 60%.
