摘要
目的 观察骨髓方治疗大鼠慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法 采用SD大鼠建立慢性骨髓炎模型 ,随机分成四组 :骨髓方Ⅰ组、骨髓方Ⅱ组、对照组和空白组。治疗 1个月 ,观察WBC、RBC、E -C3bRR、E -ICR、血清溶菌酶含量、骨X线、病理组织学指标。结果 骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与空白组差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;RBC、E -C3bRR、E -ICR、血清溶菌酶含量指标骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显优于对照组(P <0 0 1)。光镜下病理组织学观察骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显优于对照组和空白组 ;电镜下 ,骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组细胞结构受损程度小于对照组和空白组。结论 骨髓方治疗慢性骨髓炎有较好疗效 ,提示与其提高机体免疫力。
Objective To observe the effects of bone marrow decoction on chronic osteomyelitis in rat model [HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]SD rats animals with chronic osteomyelitis were randomly divided into four groups:bone marrow group Ⅰ,bone marrow group Ⅱ,control group and blank group.All animals were treated for 1 month and observed with WBC,RBC,Erythrocyte C3b receptor ratio(E-C3bRR),erythrocyte immune compound ratio(E-ICR),serum lysozyme activity,bone X-ray and histopathological index.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]There were significant difference between the bone marrow group Ⅰ/Ⅱ and blank group(P<0 01).Comparison between the bone marrow group Ⅰ/Ⅱ and blank group shown that RBC,E-C3bRR,E-ICR and serum lysozyme activity were significantly better(P<0 01).In respects of roentgenography and histological manifestation,bone marrow group were better than the control group and the blank group;The injury degree to the cell structure of bone marrow group were less than the control group and the blank group Conclusion Extractant from bone marrow decoction have good effects on chronic osteomyelities in rat model,which suggest that bone marrow decoction can improve the immune function,the histological microenvironment and repairing of bone.
