摘要
目的:观察祛腐生肌散对大鼠建立骨髓炎相关模型的治疗作用,通过X线及组织形态学观察消炎抑菌等实验。结果:祛腐生肌散对骨及软组织有明显的修复作用,抑菌作用优于对照组。结论:该药对骨髓炎有抗炎和吸收坏死组织及修复作用,是一种治疗骨髓炎安全有效的药物。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of the powder of removing putrefaction and promoting tissue generation （hereinafter called the “Powder”） on osteomyelitis models in rats and assess its functions of anti--inflammation and bacteriostasis via X-ray test and histomorphology. Results： The Powder had obvious effect on bone and soft tissues reparation and its bacteriostasis was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion： The Powder possessed the functions of anti-inflam- mation, absorbing necrotic tissues and reparation, and was proved to be a safe and effective cure for osteomyelitis.
